Established by Rael Isacowitz, this program is recognized worldwide as the most rigorous and complete Pilates education available.

The Comprehensive Program is the cornerstone of BASI Pilates. It provides a thorough education in the Pilates method, covering the full suite of equipment including the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ped-a-pul, and Barrels.

Graduates are prepared to teach students of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and are qualified to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) exam.

Curriculum

Foundation Program

Modules 1–6: The core principles, anatomy, and fundamental exercises.
